REFUND POLICY

Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your donation date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To complete your refund request within 30 days, we require your receipt or proof of purchase and please submit to info@thrivingwaters.org. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, and within 30 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If after 30 days you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account. Next contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
